Overview

• The Weltek CR58S4 Navitek S4 Airkos is an air-powered welding and grinding helmet and respirator system.
• This innovative system combines an autodarkening filter (ADF) with one of the largest clear grinding visors available.
• The visor is 1mm thick polycarbonate and offers perfect vision, whilst the flip-up welding mask features a 93x43mm viewing area and shade 5 side vision panels for a 160° view.
• The solar powered ADF's 4 arc sensors can detect the welding arc with an incredible switching speed of 0,2ms for all welding processes (electrodes, MIG/MAG, TIG).
• This can be further adjusted with stepless knobs which allow the user to select the welding shade (DIN 9 to DIN 13), and adapt the sensitivity of the arc sensors, as well as adjust the delay depending on the application.
• The Airkos filtration system will help protect the user from harmful fumes and gases. It filters solid and liquid particles (PSL) and its blower unit is approved and certified to
• EN12941 when in use with the Navitek helmet.
• You will be able to select between 2 levels of airflow depending on the application - either 180l/m and 220l/m.
• The cordless blower unit comes complete with a comfortable padded neoprene belt, which will keep the system in place throughout.
• The S4 Airkos system is equipped with a main filter which is classified as re-usable (PRSL), and does not need to be replaced with every use. It also includes a pre-filter, which will block the largest particles and will extend the lifecycle of the main filter.
• In addition, the system comes with a standard 4-cell Lithium-ion battery, which can provide up to 10 hours of operating time depending on settings, and a charger.
• The Navitek S4 Airkos system is supplied with its own storage bag for ease of transport.
